The reason for this page here is to give you a better idea of who I am and what’s important to me. I realize it seems like our dogs are more important than the kids, given the amount of pictures in the slideshow, but really, well, ok, sometimes, er, uh…seriously! OK. I have no argument. The kids are growing up and the dogs are just “The puppies”! What can I say? We are an average American family with kids, dogs, bills to pay, and a life to live. We are a small unit with a gigantic zest for life.

During the school year we are pretty much confined to our immediate local area, but we love to go out to eat, see all the new movies, and watch our favorite tv shows. When time allows, usually on weekends and during the summer months, you can find us either at an amusement park, at the beach, or visiting cousins who are more like best friends. And let me just add…roller coasters are so much more fun when they are part of a fantasy-like environment than when it describes your emotions day to day dealing with finances!

Sports and Theater play a big role in our lives as well. Our older son, Shane is a sophomore in college, and, I believe, the biggest sports fan around. His favorites are baseball and volleyball, but really, if there is a ball involved, he’s there. He’s even a really great bowler. So in the spring, we are busy getting our phillies tickets set for the season. Our younger son, Alec, is a theater buff, so we were very lucky to be brought into that world, and we just love seeing him in all of his plays, and also heading up to New York to see a show whenever we can.

Life can get crazy busy, as it does for everyone, but Global Resorts Network is allowing us to change our priorities so that we no longer have to live our lives around the almighty paycheck. When you finally become financially free, it is a completely different way of living your life. Yes, we still have bills to pay, but we no longer have to play “shuffle the envelopes and see which one gets paid”. They’re just bills, we pay ‘em, and move on. This is not about living a “ritzy, glitzy lifestlye. It is about spending time with our loved ones and being available for whatever comes along.
